Alejo Zabala

I’m a customer-oriented professional with experience across hospitality, administration, digital community management, and emergency response environments. I’m driven by communication and problem-solving that turns fast-paced pressure into great customer experiences.

Currently, I manage social media communities and audience engagement in a Travel App & Streaming Program. I also coordinate communication and provide technical support for live streaming activities, while supporting digital operations and community moderation.

Previously as a Receptionist & Operations Assistant in a hotel, I managed reservations and customer service. I resolved customer requests and issues in real time and coordinated daily operations during high-demand periods.

I also bring strong emergency-response discipline from my lifeguard experience and administrative support from my work as an Administrative Assistant, where I assisted with documentation and administrative procedures. I’m currently pursuing a Diploma in Digital Marketing & E-commerce and I’m excited to contribute with an international, remote team.
