What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote or multicultural customer service, administrative support, or operations role where I can communicate in English, organize information, resolve requests, and contribute to reliable service.

I've supported English-speaking customers and daily food-service operations at YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado. I guided team activities, coordinated tasks, resolved customer requests, and helped uphold service standards.

I'm currently studying Foreign Languages with an emphasis in English at Universidad de Nariño, with advanced C1 English and intermediate B2 French.
