What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can translate client and operational needs into scalable workflows, improve processes, support cross-functional teams, and strengthen client onboarding and platform adoption.

At Xtract 360, I work with clients and internal teams to turn operational requirements into structured workflows and fleet management system solutions. I configure company structures, users, repairers, depots, warehouses, and other operational components for client implementations.

I've built Whatfix in-app guidance and training flows for international clients including AXA and Allianz, while creating documentation that supports onboarding, adoption, and long-term platform use.

My experience also includes executive support at Lynx Technology Partners, international recruitment at Gale Healthcare, language instruction, and bilingual customer service at Amazon. Across these roles, I've coordinated stakeholders, maintained accurate records, resolved issues, and supported high-volume operations.

I'm fluent in Spanish and English, with advanced Italian and conversational Chinese. I hold a Master's in Marketing and Commercial Direction and a Bachelor's in International Business.
