What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring my full-cycle, process-driven recruiting to a distributed, AI-forward People team—running ATS/CRM pipelines end-to-end, using AI to speed interview-feedback analysis, and coaching candidates through their job search.

I’m a recruiter with full-cycle hiring experience across high-volume staffing, IT, and corporate roles. I bring a process-driven approach to distributed work, and I’m especially excited by the chance to apply it in an AI-forward People team.

In recent roles, I owned end-to-end recruiting from job requisition through offer and onboarding, building structured interview pipelines and coordinating candidates throughout. I’ve run high-throughput workflows with ATS/CRM systems, closing roles under fast-paced targets while collaborating across stakeholders and cross-timezone teams.

What sets me apart is how I use AI to improve hiring decisions and speed up evaluation. I built and rolled out a custom AI framework for automated interview-feedback analysis, and I also use AI tools to accelerate research and content work, without losing the human quality candidates feel.

I’ve also coached candidates one-on-one through their own job searches, focusing on resume optimization, LinkedIn branding, and job search strategy. Alongside recruiting, I’ve done quantitative research using SPSS and contributed to a peer-reviewed publication on automated HR management systems in enterprises—so I’m comfortable blending data thinking with practical candidate experience.
