I'm looking to partner with leaders on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, scalable people practices, manager coaching, compliance, workforce planning, and meaningful organizational growth.

I lead practical, compliant people solutions through Jackson Strategic HR Consulting, advising nonprofits, small businesses, and startups on employee relations, performance, policies, recruiting, and workforce planning.

At City Wide Facility Solutions, I partnered directly with the CEO across four regional markets, supporting approximately 60 employees with investigations, staffing, manager coaching, onboarding, retention, and HR decision-making through ADP.

During 15 years with Wichita Public Schools, I supported 103 schools and 300+ employees, resolved 50+ workplace investigations annually, partnered with SEIU on labor relations, and led workforce planning and operational improvement initiatives.
