What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service role where I can lead and support a team, improve service quality, and actively resolve customer issues—while using my logistics/ERP/WMS background to drive smooth operations.

I’m a customer service professional who’s supported a team leader with day-to-day performance and quality tasks like “calculating Csat (Customer Satisfaction Score), checking contact moments,” and helping with team operations including “training new colleagues.” I bring a calm, service-first mindset to live chat, email, and phone support.

Across my roles at Bragg/ Oryx Gaming and Bet365, I’ve been the point of contact to “resolve customer issues via live chat, email, and phone,” handling questions efficiently while keeping communication clear and customer-friendly. I’m experienced working in fast-moving environments and supporting continuous improvement through structured follow-up and reporting.
