I’m an operations and revenue leader with 17+ years of experience building and scaling high-performance operating systems across payments, fintech, and digital banking. I’m known for owning end-to-end operations tied directly to revenue outcomes—pricing strategy, monetization, fraud/risk optimization, and customer/merchant lifecycle performance.

At Bolt Financial, I owned end-to-end operations across merchant onboarding, customer lifecycle, and risk/fraud for a ~$1.5B GMV portfolio, driving ~$10–14M in net revenue. I led a portfolio-wide repricing initiative, designed new monetization layers beyond GMV-based fees, and supported BNPL integration (Affirm) to drive ~12% upsell across high-AOV merchant segments.

I also focus on measurable risk and execution improvements. I rebuilt fraud strategy and pricing alignment, reducing fraud losses to <2% while aligning risk exposure with margin targets, and I improved chargeback win rates from ~8% to ~30%, significantly reducing loss exposure.

Previously at FIS (including Bond Financial Technologies), I led implementations and customer success for embedded finance and card issuing programs, supporting 100K+ users / 50K+ accounts and reducing program launch timelines from 6+ months to 8–12 weeks. Before that, at Deserve and Kotak Mahindra Bank, I delivered API-first card issuing and launched Kotak 811 by owning customer journey and go-to-market execution in regulated environments.
