I led a portfolio-wide repricing initiative, designed new monetization layers beyond GMV-based fees, and supported BNPL integration (Affirm) to drive ~12% upsell across high-AOV merchant segments.
I also focus on measurable risk and execution improvements. I rebuilt fraud strategy and pricing alignment, reducing fraud losses to <2% while aligning risk exposure with margin targets, and I improved chargeback win rates from ~8% to ~30%, significantly reducing loss exposure.
Previously at FIS (including Bond Financial Technologies), I led implementations and customer success for embedded finance and card issuing programs, supporting 100K+ users / 50K+ accounts and reducing program launch timelines from 6+ months to 8–12 weeks.
