Leslie Olma
@leslieolma
Payments and operations leader building compliant, scalable payment and AI infrastructure.
What I'm looking for
I build and scale payment and operations platforms with a strong focus on compliance, governance, and measurable operational excellence. Most recently, as an Advisory Board Member and Fractional Chief Operations Officer, I’ve helped shape the hardware and software approach for scaling AI-based shipping lockers designed to improve delivery reliability and reduce package theft risk.
Previously, as Director of Enterprise Payments, I oversaw fulfillment of 4M+ wire and real-time payment transactions totaling $3.5T annually, leading payment operations and bank operations platforms across regulatory, SOX, and enterprise governance standards. I managed teams across two geographic locations, drove fix-and-release and faster payments initiatives across Agile pods, and led risk mitigation with continuous process improvement that reduced exception volume and improved client transparency through RPA and API technology.
I’ve also led treasury and payment operations in environments that demand reliability and security—reducing division FTE by 57%, outsourcing treasury servicing to streamline operations, securing capital improvements and security enhancements, and supporting ACH platform migration delivered on-time and under budget. I’m driven by practical execution, strong people leadership, and building the systems that make complex operations run safely at scale.
