I am looking for an organization/team to grow with, use my skills, and learn new ones to contribute to my growth! I am a hard worker and would like to be with an organization/team that values its employees, provides good benefits, and work to life balance. In addition. I am looking for a job that is challenging, dynamic, and something more than just a paycheck.

Hello everyone, I am currently in the Air Force as a Munition Systems Technician (my contract ends in Feb. of 2024), I have been stationed in Germany since 2019, I would like to continue living in Europe, and I am more than willing to learn the language of the country that I end up relocating to! The military, and all its challenges, in conjunction with my master’s program, have provided me with the tools to be the effective leader, manager, trainer, facilitator, mentor, and team member that I strive to be. I am someone who excels in group settings; I can build rapport with ease, have great interpersonal and communication skills(verbal, non-verbal, and written), the ability, and willingness to work in a diverse setting. In addition to being someone you would want on your team/organization, I have the motivation and drive to complete individual tasks. I am looking for an organization to grow with, use my skills while learning new ones, and provide unwavering value to the people I am serving. By the time I separate from the military, I will have my project management and professional in human resource certificate.

I am the focal point for planning, coordinating, directing, and controlling all munitions/weapons activities in the organization. As well as manages information, makes proper notifications, and directs/oversees actions to be taken in response to all emergencies, contingency actions, work stoppages, manning, and equipment shortfalls. I also ensure all personnel are complying with technical data.

Lastly, I discovered 15 critical inspection faults and freed up one-year backlog inspections.
