What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer operations or supply chain role where I can own service delivery, resolve complex issues, improve processes through KPI insight, and work across international teams and stakeholders.

I've managed high-volume customer operations and guest experience at Maldron Hotels, Dalata in Manchester, owning escalations through resolution across front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership teams.

I led shift teams of 8–12, monitored service, revenue, and customer-sentiment dashboards, and improved processes using Oracle OPERA, Oracle MICROS, IDeaS, TrustYou, and Excel. I was recognised as Hotel Employee of the Year 2025 across Dalata Hotel Group and completed Train the Trainer certification through Dalata Academy.

Previously, at Quadrant Knowledge Solutions, I produced competitive intelligence across supply chain management, procurement technology, omnichannel commerce, autonomous mobile robots, and enterprise software. My research was cited in 13+ public vendor announcements.

My earlier logistics and business development work strengthened my understanding of freight forwarding, shipment coordination, client communication, vendor negotiation, and commercial requirements. I bring an MBA in Operations Management alongside international operations experience and a practical focus on service recovery, KPIs, and process improvement.
