I’m looking for an IT role where I can lead reliable infrastructure, automate operations with SQL, strengthen networking/security, and keep learning cloud/DevOps practices—while partnering with teams to improve uptime, accuracy, and day-to-day execution.

I’m an IT Manager focused on keeping critical hotel operations running smoothly through reliable server administration, secure networking, and automation. I design and deploy practical solutions across IDS Next Fortune modules, backups, and access control so teams can work with fewer interruptions.

I’ve built automation that removes manual risk—like designing and deploying an SQL query to automate IDS server backups with scheduled recurring tasks to reduce downtime during peak operations. I’ve also reconfigured systems for resilience and accuracy, including IDS/Anexgate changes for ISP failover and streamlined membership, banquet, and HR workflows (including ESSL biometric integration) to improve attendance, billing, and operational coordination.

Before this, I worked as a Network/Support Engineer, analyzing SRS/FRS, maintaining IT documentation, supporting business-critical applications, and training end-users to ensure timely defect closure and stable infrastructure. Earlier, I developed a strong digital execution foundation as a Social Media Analyst (SEO, Google AdWords, WordPress, and responsive web work) and I’m actively pursuing Azure DevOps and cloud computing while building projects like an Android safety app and a Java barcode library system.
