Akshaya Santhi

My name is M. Harini, and I am an aspiring dietitian with a strong educational background in Nutrition and Dietetics. I hold a Master’s degree from Vivekanandha Arts and Science College for Women, where I achieved an impressive 84.6% until my third semester. My undergraduate studies also took place at the same institution, where I graduated with a commendable 83.4%. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in nutrition science and its practical applications.

During my internships at SPMM Hospital and Sudha Hospital, I gained hands-on experience in patient counseling and community nutrition initiatives. One of my notable projects involved the formulation and development of a vegan chocolate using sweet potato peel, aimed at enhancing antioxidant levels and fiber content. I am passionate about using my skills to improve individuals' health through evidence-based nutrition interventions, and I actively seek opportunities to contribute to community health.
