I’m a results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive & HR Generalist with experience across HR Generalist functions, Recruitment, and HR Operations. I handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate lifecycle management, supporting onboarding, joining formalities, and induction/orientation while keeping HR documentation accurate and compliant.

I coordinate campus hiring with universities and placement coordinators, source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals, and manage interview scheduling and candidate communications. From offer/appointment letters to internship and experience letters, payslip coordination, HR trackers, attendance records, and employee records management—including Form 16 uploads and asset declaration forms—I focus on smooth onboarding/offboarding and strong employee experience. I’m also passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and building efficient HR processes aligned with organizational goals.
