I manage Salesforce access and security, customize Lightning pages, and handle data imports and cleanup. I work with stakeholders to document and validate requirements through UAT, and support Experience Cloud sites.
Before Blackthorn.io, I worked at the State of California – Alcoholic Beverage Control, managing alcohol license applications and assessing compliance with California Business & Professions Code. I also bring Salesforce certifications in administration, business analysis, Agentforce Service, Experience Cloud, and Platform Foundations.
