What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can use my front-desk communication skills to support guests, manage calls and day-to-day logistics, and contribute to service quality in a stable, respectful environment.

I’m a customer-service oriented front desk and cashier professional who enjoys welcoming guests and keeping operations running smoothly. I’m strong at clear, friendly communication, and I make sure every interaction feels helpful and efficient.

At PHSA ATR (Front desk and cashier), I kept the front desk tidy and stocked with necessary supplies while answering incoming calls and redirecting them to the right place. I also received letters and packages and sent them to the appropriate destination.

I handled guest support tasks including providing alarm reduction kits, with a focus on health and wellness. I take pride in being dependable during busy periods and ensuring details are managed accurately.

Earlier, at Asmara Travel agency (Sales and marketing), I planned travel options for clients—coordinating transportation, accommodation, travel dates, and airline choices. I also managed large-scale events such as conferences and retreats, booking hotels and transportation on behalf of clients.
