What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, growing within a structured, target-driven environment where I can apply my sourcing, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and documentation experience.

At Tradepass Global, I work on delegate acquisition for a flagship industry cybersecurity summit, identifying and screening senior stakeholders across banking, fintech, insurance, and government in Indonesia. I use targeted outreach and negotiation to build a qualified pipeline and secure confirmed registrations.

I maintain pipeline records in HubSpot and prepare tailored invitations and documentation for senior stakeholders. My work also includes outreach by LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, WhatsApp, and phone.

At ITC Life Sciences & Technology Centre (LSTC), ITC Group, I performed analytical testing on food matrices and maintained audit-ready records under GLP and EHS standards. Earlier, as a Teaching Fellow at U&I Trust, I evaluated programs across six learning centers, supported CSR partnerships, and helped improve impact-data collection.
