At Fute Global, I lead and coordinate a team of nine recruiters while managing my own full-cycle hiring for specialized U.S. positions across pharmaceutical, clinical, legal, R&D, and other non-IT sectors. I train and mentor junior recruiters in sourcing, Boolean search, screening, and candidate engagement.
Previously, I managed non-IT recruitment at W3Global and specialized in pharmaceutical recruitment at TechTrueUP LLC. I supported hiring from requirement analysis and sourcing through candidate submission, interview coordination, and follow-up, using LinkedIn, job portals, and VMS platforms including SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, and Wand.
