At Deloitte (Offices of the US), I work in talent acquisition across Risk and Financial Advisory, hiring at CL5 and above in tech and non-tech sectors. I filled 35 managerial vacancies in two months, with a hit ratio of more than 50%.
I use sourcing channels, head hunting, market intelligence, and candidate networks to find candidates for niche skills. I also advise hiring managers with market analysis on candidate pools, compensation, and roles.
Before Deloitte, I was a Consultant – Leadership Hiring at Russell Kelly Group, where I managed recruitment from interview through offer and advised clients on sourcing and hiring. I recruited for C-suite and executive roles across tech and non-tech sectors.
At NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC NETWORK (INDIA) PVT LTD, I managed recruitment from sourcing to onboarding and worked on HR policies and CSR planning.
