Increased premium size for the company from multiple general insurance brokers and serviced them in different ways. Achieved Rs 5.75 Crores against a target of Rs 6 Crores from Property, Engineering, and Health portfolio.

Serviced and generated premium from 45 different brokers aligned along with the Chandigarh area. Maintained a 90% retention ratio and achieved at least 95% of budget every month.

Served in multiple channels during tenure, gaining experience in dealing with customers and living up to expectations on the insurance front. Handled direct and MNC broking, concentrating on new clients and converting prospects.

Performed system testing for insurance policies on different platforms like websites, tablets, and iPads. Prepared test case scenarios and executed them based on functional specifications and business requirements.

Checked and verified issues arising due to movement of content from one online course platform to another, servicing clients for K-12 students in the USA.
