At SUTHERLAND GLOBAL SERVICES, I managed text-based international client ticketing queues, verified user documentation, and processed transactions against established guidelines.

I maintained a 98%+ operational quality score while meeting daily transaction SLAs. I also audited customer data to identify and resolve inconsistencies before system uploads.

I handled sensitive international customer accounts in line with data protection and corporate confidentiality requirements, and worked evening and night shifts to align with global business hours.

I hold a B.Com in Computer Applications from K.T.C.T College of Arts and Science and a Microsoft Excel Specialist certification. My skills include data verification, case queue management, and Excel tools such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
