What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote Training Coordinator or L&D role where I can run end-to-end training administration, onboarding, knowledge documentation, and compliance-aligned learning programs with strong stakeholder coordination.

I’m an MBA graduate from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad with hands-on experience in training administration, onboarding coordination, knowledge management, and learning program delivery. I’ve designed and executed end-to-end training for business partners, supporting a network managing ■212 Crore AUM.

In my most recent role as Training & Onboarding Coordinator (Partner Development) at NJ India Invest Pvt. Ltd. (NJ Wealth), I coordinated training schedules, communications, attendance tracking, and performance reporting across 42 active business partners. I onboarded 33 out of 42 partners from scratch by delivering structured programs for NISM Series V-A exam preparation, product knowledge, NJ Partner Desk dashboard usage, and customer portfolio analysis.

I’m also strong in documentation and operational consistency—maintaining training records, developing process standardization materials, and supporting SOP development with advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint. With NISM Series V-A certification and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I bring compliance awareness, process improvement thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to every learning initiative, and I’m currently seeking a remote Training Coordinator or L&D role.
