At Protean eGov Technologies, I lead AI strategy across three product lines and build commerce, mobility, gifting, and fintech products for banks, NBFCs, and fintech clients. I launched one of the first commerce apps on ONDC and generated ₹1.5 Cr, roughly 10% of team revenue.

I use LLMs to turn complex workflows into faster product experiences, cutting catalog operations by 80%, invalid listings by 40%, and eSign document signing time by 60%. I also redesigned Rise API Marketplace onboarding into a self-serve SaaS flow, reducing onboarding time from one month to three days.

Previously at Kotak Mahindra Bank, I owned an in-app e-commerce aggregator for a 50Mn-user customer base. Product redesign, rewards, offers, and merchant discovery increased conversion from 2.2% to 7.3%, while A/B testing increased DAU by 85%.

My product work began with price comparison and B2B marketplace platforms at Just Dial, where I led JD Mart from 0–1 and increased monthly average revenue by 62%. I continue to build AI-assisted prototypes, websites, user journeys, and product workflows using emerging tools.
