I’m looking for a remote role where I can own technical support and operations end-to-end—protecting data integrity, resolving hardware/software issues fast, and improving processes through SOPs, SQL/Excel tooling, and reliable infrastructure.

I’m an Operations & Technical Support Specialist with 8+ years spanning clinical operations, database maintenance, and technical infrastructure troubleshooting. I’m known for keeping high-stakes workflows moving while maintaining rigorous data integrity within Electronic Health Records (EHR) platforms.

In clinical operations, I audit, input, and maintain critical patient profiles, prescription analytics, and diagnostic logs to ensure compliance and accuracy. I also handle end-to-end medical insurance filings, perform coverage lookups, and track audits to minimize claim rejections and streamline clinic revenue workflows.

On the technical side, I’m the go-to person for diagnosing and repairing physical diagnostic workstations, screener hardware, and localized network connections to eliminate downtime. I strengthen operations through vendor relations, inventory architecture, and SOP development—building structured, repeatable processes that teams can rely on.

I bring a hands-on, solutions-first mindset through self-hosted infrastructure projects. I independently maintain a homelab network using Proxmox VE and automated Docker Compose environments, and I develop custom SQL database setups and Excel toolchains to audit vendor performance, generate order forms, and streamline workstation component logging—so systems stay secure, observable, and dependable.
