I am currently an SPS T4 Associate at Amazon, where I support sellers by diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to catalog, listing, and performance tools. My role involves collaborating with internal engineering and business teams to troubleshoot platform bugs and improve the seller experience. I leverage data analysis to provide actionable insights that optimize seller performance and streamline operations.

With a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications, I have hands-on experience in Azure services and development fundamentals. I have completed training as an Azure DevOps Engineer, where I managed Azure Repositories and configured network security groups. My academic projects, including the Total Absence Management system and the design of a Quad-Element MIMO Antenna, showcase my ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.

I am eager to transition into roles focused on cloud infrastructure and DevOps, where I can contribute to innovative technical teams that value learning and continuous improvement. My strengths include adaptability, a keen desire to learn, and effective communication skills.
