I’m an Associate (Cloud Engineer) with hands-on experience in Azure infrastructure operations, monitoring, and incident management. I support production and internal environments, focusing on uptime and reliability against SLAs.
I provision and maintain Azure resources like Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, and networking, and I set up monitoring with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics to improve visibility and reduce downtime. I handle production incidents through troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, while keeping operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs up to date.
I also work across delivery and platforms—supporting Azure DevOps release/deployment workflows in Agile teams and using CI/CD automation with YAML pipelines, GitOps, and Azure CLI. Earlier, as a Web Developer, I built storefront features in JavaScript, ISML, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) controllers using Git-based collaboration.
