At Altice USA, I provide advanced desktop and end-user support for 1,500+ users, resolving issues across Microsoft 365, Intune, Citrix, firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise infrastructure.
I administer Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange; deliver desktop imaging and Windows Autopilot deployments; and support mobile devices and Microsoft Teams. I also manage team and individual ticket queues, documenting resolutions and coordinating with Tier 1/2/3 teams on complex cross-ticket issues.
I’ve built 12+ PowerShell scripts that automate endpoint administration work and save approximately 300 hours annually.
