What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Remote IT Support, Technical Support, Application Support, or Infrastructure Support opportunities where I can resolve Windows, network, hardware, software, and end-user issues while continuing to build Microsoft 365 administration knowledge.

I've delivered remote and onsite IT support across Windows environments, resolving hardware, software, network, connectivity, printer, and peripheral issues for end users.

At International Service Machine Pvt. Ltd., I supported approximately 70–100 employees using AnyDesk and UltraViewer, while administering Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and firewall environments.

Previously at CADD Centre Training Services Pvt. Ltd. and Madhu Infotech India Pvt. Ltd., I supported day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, deployments, software licensing, asset management, vendors, and client environments serving 1,000+ organizations.

I'm building my Microsoft 365 administration knowledge and looking to continue resolving technical issues across remote IT, application, and infrastructure support.
