I’m a dynamic and dependable operations professional dedicated to exceeding team goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. I bring experience in auditing, finance, operations, and marketing projects—focused on measurable performance and dependable delivery.
In my current Operations Manager role based in Sri Lanka, I manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments. I also oversee HR functions including staff coordination and compliance, maintain accurate goods received/dispatched records, run regular stock audits, and implement site security procedures.
