What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote or hybrid operations role where I can improve data accuracy, inventory control, reporting, coordination, and technical support processes while taking ownership of competing priorities.

At Tux Ceylon, I manage end-to-end showroom operations for a luxury bespoke suit brand, coordinating orders, appointments, production, inventory, deliveries, CRM records, and premium client relationships. I maintain 95%+ on-time order readiness and generated approximately LKR 31M in individual sales during 2025 at the OGF branch.

Previously, I handled high-volume warehouse data and inventory operations at Daraz Lanka, processing 1,000+ stock putaways weekly, resolving SKU discrepancies, supporting quality control, and leading a five-person outbound team. Across retail, e-commerce, logistics, and technology environments, I use Excel, ERP and WMS platforms, Google Workspace, POS systems, and technical troubleshooting to keep daily operations accurate and moving.
