I seek cloud security or Azure support roles where I can strengthen identity protection, automate secure operations, mentor teams, and deliver measurable reliability improvements in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

I am a cloud security and support professional dedicated to integrating strong security practices across cloud infrastructure and application development. I bring hands-on experience in Azure support, identity and access management, and incident resolution within global SaaS operations.

At Tek Experts I provide 24x7 cloud operations support, troubleshooting Azure AD, virtual machines, Graph API, monitoring, and enterprise application issues while maintaining thorough case documentation and customer communication.

I have practical experience implementing Microsoft Identity solutions including Azure AD policies, B2B/B2C, RBAC, PAM/PIM, access reviews, and conditional access controls to mitigate authentication threats such as password spray and brute force attacks.

Earlier roles in IT support and instruction strengthened my networking, on‑premise systems, and training capabilities, and I continually expand skills in scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell) and cloud service models to deliver reliable technical support and operational improvements.
