At Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO), I served as a Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative, responding to customer questions, complaints, and account or service requests. I supported customers through email, WhatsApp, online messaging, and other communication channels.

I followed up on unresolved requests, helped customers understand their account and service questions, and escalated issues when appropriate. I also listened to customer needs and recommended suitable products and services.

As a Program Assistant at Adolescent Health and Information Project, I supported implementation of the IPAS project focused on adoption and implementation of the Violence Against Persons (VAP) Act. I coordinated project communication, documentation, follow-up, and administrative activities.

At Voices for Change, I volunteered as a Mentor in the Physical Safe Space Program, supporting participant engagement and mentoring activities. I'm seeking a remote customer support role where written communication, empathy, reliability, and independent decision-making are valued.
