I’m a project manager with a passion for continuous improvement. My expertise in numbers helps me deliver relevant reports, and my creative side helps me design projects while meeting the requirements.

As a Strategy Management Section Head at Team Pacific Corporation, I lead strategy management by administering the corporate scorecard, monitoring monthly corporate performance, and overseeing department initiatives from the annual planning session. I also handle improvement projects end-to-end—from process mapping and analysis to recommendation and documentation—and have supported initiatives such as performance management & balanced scorecard, learning management system, warehouse management system, costing system, profitability system, inventory & cycle counting, and re-layout areas. I analyze financial reports to assess company profitability and currently act as a cross-functional auditor for internal processes.

Previously, as a Strategy Management Officer, I organized the annual planning session for managers and executives, monitored KPIs and initiatives across departments, and administered performance through the balanced scorecard. I spearheaded and supported multiple process improvement projects, including process mapping, analysis, user testing, and documentation. I hold a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, and my undergraduate thesis focused on optimal design that reduces vibration for Filipino farmers.
