I worked in the corporate bpo industry for 18 years and have handled different roles along the way. From being a frontline customer service representative that lasted for 3 years, to becoming a team leader and eventually as a division leader for a total of 15 years.

I have exhibited integrity and professionalism, commitment and accountability throughout my career.

I managed the day to day operations in one of the lines of businesses of the JPMorgan Chase Philippines Corporate Center under the Fraud and Customer Protection umbrella and made sure we are operating at or above the standards.

Throughout my professional journey made sure that the people I managed were successful in their own jobs.

As a manager I did my best to clear the roadblocks that allowed them to perform their jobs at an optimal level.

My role in the corporate BPO industry has equipped me with a strong foundation in improving the business overall, from reducing operational expenses, improving customer experience, process improvement and organizational development, improving employee efficiency and development and Employee engagement and even managed hiring

All these among many other tasks and responsibilities
