What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own provider onboarding, claims resolution, and escalations with strong compliance and customer service—ideally alongside opportunities to keep supporting wellbeing and compassionate healthcare outcomes.

I’m a Registered Nurse with experience in provider relations, healthcare operations, customer support, and compliance within health management organizations (HMOs). I bring a strong background in relationship management and workplace wellness facilitation, with a focus on clear communication and timely resolution.

In my Provider’s Relation Manager role at HCI Healthcare HMO (December 2025–Till Present), I identify, evaluate, and onboard healthcare providers based on geographic coverage, service quality, and cost-effectiveness. I serve as the primary point of contact between healthcare providers and the HMO, resolving disputes and service escalations while monitoring quality assurance and regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate provider records and database management systems.

Previously as a Provider’s Manager / Contact Centre Agent at Alleanza Health Management (June 2024–September 2025), I managed the end-to-end flow of provider onboarding and ongoing support, handled claims resolution and payment-related inquiries, and responded to inbound calls, emails, and live chat to maintain high customer satisfaction. I’ve also built and facilitated wellness programs through Thrive with Aina (June 2025–Till Present), including online wellness workshops and one-on-one support centered on stress management, emotional wellbeing, and resilience.
