At AMC Global Media, I'm the principal PM for pricing and subscription management across six streaming brands. I executed 5+ price increases across six regions in H1 2026 alone. I also chose to standardize an undocumented, single-person price-increase process. The entire PM team now runs on it, and a full increase takes about two weeks instead of three months.

I was one of two people selected to lead the pilot moving our brands onto a shared platform. I ran HIDIVE's gap analysis and defined the requirements to close each gap. HIDIVE more than doubled its subscriber base after the migration, and the work became the playbook for Shudder and AMC+.

Before that, I joined HIDIVE pre-launch at Aesir Media Group, leading product, project management, and QA. I took it from pre-launch to public beta in about three months, replaced add-on pricing with simple monthly and annual plans plus Apple and Roku in-app purchase, and built its core platform and event tracking with the lead architect.
