At Arcane Team, I built three production web interfaces using React and SCSS for a distributed, multi-time-zone team. I also integrated MetaMask into user-facing payment flows and coordinated delivery across onshore and offshore teams.

Previously at Temirov Live, I introduced a tracking system adopted by the full team that reduced coordination delays by 20–30%. I coordinated three parallel projects with 10+ cross-functional contributors, maintained documentation, tracked deadlines, and served as a central point of contact across workstreams.

My background also includes program logistics, participant selection, investigative research, and fact-checking. I bring practical technical workflow knowledge, structured communication, and careful documentation to complex distributed work.
