What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead SAP training and instructional design efforts—creating simulations, job aids, and ILT content—while supporting implementations through testing, hypercare, and process optimization with strong business and functional collaboration.

I’m an Instructional Designer / SAP Trainer focused on training, development, and implementation support for software systems—especially SAP. With a manufacturing background, I translate business needs into clear training materials, process flows, and implementation-ready enablement.

Across multiple SAP transformation waves, I develop ILT courses and job aids, build Enable Now and uPerform simulations, and deliver “train-the-trainer” programs for teams and end users. I also provide testing services, unit acceptance testing support, and two weeks of hypercare/onsite assistance after Go-Live to help sites troubleshoot and optimize processes after implementation.

I’ve led training content teams (managed up to five training content developers) while working closely with business and functional stakeholders to get approvals and drive readiness. I’ve trained more than 700 end users in modules including PP, QM, WM, MM, IM, PM, and logistics-related processes, applying systems analysis and root cause analysis to improve outcomes.
