I've configured SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation solutions for NGCHR, including data models, role-based permissions, MDF foundation objects, workflows, HRIS Sync, alerts, notifications, compensation worksheets, and custom statements.
I've supported Employee Central projects at Akt Global and handled homepage configuration, propagation, associations, position management settings, and HRIS Sync processes. My project work includes requirements gathering, workbook preparation, configuration, documentation, and data conversion or migration.
I also bring hands-on software development and teaching experience, including Oracle APEX, MySQL, BIRT reporting, Core Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL, DBMS, and Artificial Intelligence instruction. I created the Quran Speech Translator live demo using AI and Python.
