I’m a Trilingual Technical Support Specialist with hands-on experience resolving customer technical issues across chat, email, and phone channels. I’m a native Arabic speaker with advanced English (C1) and upper-intermediate Russian (B2), and I bring a customer-first mindset to every interaction.
