I am an experienced customer service and follow-up agent with extensive background in medical billing, claims processing, and client communication for US-based insurance providers. I have worked since 2007 handling large volumes of medical data, converting sheets into accurate claims using the Stormtech system, and liaising directly with American insurance companies to verify eligibility and resolve denials.

My role includes heavy phone-based customer service, technical use of American healthcare systems accessible to doctors and billers, and responsibility for official business correspondence and electronic communications. I participated in creating documentation used as a long-term reference for onboarding and process continuity.
