I've delivered approximately 20 products for 10 clients across five sectors at Think for AI & IT, taking client needs from discovery and validation through release and handover.
I turn unfinished requirements into product definitions, prioritised backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can build from directly. I facilitate refinement, sprint planning, standups and reviews across engineering, AI, QA, design, operations and business teams.
My product work includes AONE/A1, an enterprise generative AI platform for customer support, lead handling and workflow automation; multi-vendor e-commerce platforms; white-label booking products; and a live event management system delivered while registration was already open.
As an independent delivery owner, I've taken web products from problem definition to shipped builds, including a multi-school talent management platform and a D2C e-commerce storefront. I retain ownership of scope, sequencing, architecture decisions, acceptance verification and release readiness.
