I am a customer support specialist with 5+ years of experience in the finance, cryptocurrency, and fintech industries, having worked at Binance, Bybit, SwissBorg, and Saccom Capital Group. My expertise includes KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and customer success. I have extensive experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, and Jira Service Desk, ensuring seamless customer interactions and operational efficiency.

In addition to customer support, I have experience in sales administration and financial services, helping companies improve client onboarding, dispute resolution, and operational workflows. I thrive in fast-paced environments and specialize in handling high-volume inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
