At Smart National Solutions, I lead People & Culture and serve as Egypt Country Manager, supporting SAP digital transformation operations across Egypt and MENA. I implemented SAP SuccessFactors modules, built employer branding, competency frameworks, corporate KPIs, salary structures, and localized HR policies.

I've retained staff through Egypt's currency crisis through compensation and dollarization programs, strengthened legal compliance, improved talent acquisition KPIs, reduced administrative costs, and significantly reduced labor litigation. As Country Manager, I also oversee legal representation, administration, vendor relationships, and P&L responsibilities.

Across MAGRABI Group, Modupay Group, recruitment, manufacturing, garments, education technology, and technology complex environments, I've built HR infrastructure, talent acquisition, performance management, succession, engagement, compensation, and employee-relations programs.
