I'm targeting remote or global roles in product management, technical program management, operations, digital transformation, EdTech leadership, business systems analysis, startup operations, and AI, HRTech, or EdTech product development.

I founded Saltrixma LLC and lead intelligent digital systems for education, operations, reporting, automation, and scalable business workflows. I combine product thinking, system planning, and execution strategy to turn practical organizational needs into software solutions.

At Superior Multiskills Institution, I built structured online education operations covering registration, schedules, attendance, evaluations, exams, certificates, reporting, course tracking, and student follow-up. I also created student and admin platforms that bring clearer visibility and control to teachers, students, sessions, materials, and performance data.

Through Gate of Scholarships and my work as Deputy Director at Flunex Institute, I've supported student pathways, institutional planning, training management, and operational improvement. My final-year HRTech project applies React, FastAPI, Python, MySQL, and NLP to CV screening, candidate matching, skill-gap analysis, and explainable recruitment support.
