I am a strategic tech leader and product coach with dual CEO/CTO experience, focused on building scalable digital solutions and mentoring engineering teams. I specialise in Private Language Models (PLMs), AI implementation strategy, and delivering pragmatic, high-impact innovations.

As a founder and technical executive, I have led projects that scaled from small budgets to high six-figure government contracts, secured RM3.5M in grants, and launched platforms with strong user engagement such as a youth-focused social network reaching 18,000 MAU.

I coach developers to grow into high-performing technologists and have a track record of turning manual processes into SaaS products that unlock new revenue streams and operational efficiencies. I bridge product strategy, stakeholder management, and technical execution to deliver measurable outcomes.

I am currently pursuing opportunities with organisations serious about AI, team development, and building unique value propositions beyond off-the-shelf solutions, bringing emphasis on pedagogy, knowledge transfer and secure, self-hostable PLM deployments.
