What I'm looking for

I’m interested in HR and People Operations, especially onboarding, employee experience, talent development, and using data to improve people-related decisions. I’m looking for ways to make everyday work simpler and more efficient.

At Luminus Education Group, I create operational and predictive growth reports from enrollment data, giving management insights for strategic planning and workforce alignment. As a Senior Career Advisor, I work with people through their career journeys and help them find appropriate next steps.

At Luminus Technical University College, I designed automated workflows and data extraction tools to synchronize profiles, reducing manual data entry and errors. I’ve also guided candidates through enrollment and onboarding, matching their profiles with suitable academic and career paths.
