I’m a bilingual English–Spanish professional with experience in medical, legal, emergency, and customer service interpretation. I facilitate clear communication between healthcare providers, patients, and clients in remote environments, keeping meaning intact and interactions smooth.

I’ve delivered remote and over-the-phone interpretation for medical consultations, patient intake, appointment scheduling, follow-up visits, and treatment discussions. I work to maintain confidentiality and professional interpretation standards across fast-paced, high-volume calls.

In addition to interpretation, I bring customer support and organisational strengths from roles involving information-gathering interactions and appointment coordination. I’m comfortable solving problems quickly while ensuring patient communication remains clear, respectful, and accurate.

I’m currently completing my interpretation studies while strengthening my language capabilities through Chinese language studies. With training such as EF SET C1 Advanced and the Cambridge FCE, I’m focused on delivering consistent, reliable communication wherever I’m needed.
