I am a multilingual Indonesian and Javanese language specialist and team leader with 5+ years of experience in content moderation, language quality operations, and policy-driven linguistic review for global platforms. I have led Indonesian-language moderation teams, conducted language quality reviews for mistranslation and cultural mismatch, and provided 1:1 coaching on language judgment and decision reasoning.

I also work as a freelance Indonesian specialist and independent travel manager, advising clients on travel options and performing linguistic review and annotation to support AI model training and content quality improvement.
