What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an HR-focused role where I can deliver employee engagement, manage HR admin and reporting, and grow through training while supporting fair employee relations.

I’m an experienced professional with over 10 years of success across food manufacturing, team leadership, health & safety, training, and human resources support. I’m now developing a career within HR, using practical experience in employee engagement, HR administration, reporting, and workforce data analysis. I’m recognised for strong organisational skills, effective communication, and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels.

At Summit Foods, I work as an HR Administrator / HR Coordinator (development role), building broad knowledge across Human Resources functions. I prepare and deliver HR presentations and management reports covering absence, attendance and workforce metrics, while driving employee engagement initiatives such as World Culture Days, staff surveys and wellbeing activities. I also support employee relations activities, investigations and HR projects, ensuring accurate meeting minutes, documentation, and record keeping.

Before moving deeper into HR, I supported HR holiday cover including payroll administration support and helped prepare disciplinary documentation and employee communications. My background also includes health and safety audits, developing COSHH controls and risk assessments, and training delivery—alongside leadership experience from roles such as Head Housekeeper and Team Leader, where I managed recruitment, training, inventory control, and teams of up to 20.
