I’m a punctual, motivated Customer Service Representative who performs well in busy environments and consistently delivers high standards of work. I communicate clearly with both groups and individuals, and I stay organized with a positive approach to problem solving.

In my customer service role, I maintained up to date knowledge of products and services, handled customer calls, and responded to queries about services, product malfunctions, promotions, and billing. I addressed customer concerns in a timely and effective manner, managing large volumes of calls daily with calm and a strong work ethic.

Before customer service, I worked as a Freelance Artist (2019–2020) and supported product design work by designing souvenirs and art deco items for a small wholesale shop. With a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, I bring a thoughtful, objective-driven mindset to every task I take on, and I’m motivated to contribute with the same clarity and care.
